Terms of Service

Effective: October 5, 2026

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Dream Holdings LLC, the publisher of the Budder Buddy iOS app ("the app," "we," "our," "us"). By using the app, you agree to them.

Important: not medical advice. Budder Buddy provides general tattoo-aftercare information, reminders, and healing tracking tools. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it doesn't replace your tattoo artist or a healthcare professional. If a tattoo shows signs of infection or isn't healing normally, seek professional care promptly.

1. Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old to use Budder Buddy. If you're under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

2. Your account & your content

You own the content you put in the app (logs, photos, notes). You give us permission to store and display it back to you so the app works.
Don't upload anything illegal, or anything you don't have the right to share.
You're responsible for backing up anything that matters to you.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may change; we'll honor the price you agreed to for your current period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, no scraping, no interfering with the service, no using it to break the law or harm others. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding your content) belong to us and are protected by law. Nothing here gives you ownership of them.

6. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Support). We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Healing results vary by person, artist, and aftercare — we can't guarantee outcomes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
